Step I
  • $75.00 USD Non-refundable application fee (made payable to Xavier Admissions Aruba)
  • Two (02) Passport size photographs
  • Current resume or CV
  • Official Transcript of previous Colleges, Universities and / or institutions attended (English translated/ WES evaluated where required)
  • Two letters of recommendation (written by Physicians or other Professionals only)
  • Structured Questions
  • Official Interview - to be scheduled upon completion and submission of all above documents
Step II
  • Six (06) passport sized photos
  • Clear copy of your valid Passport (Complete including Picture, information, stamp and all blank pages)
  • Original Birth certificate (Notarized + Apostille)
  • Background Check / Police Certificate (Notarized & Apostille, not more than 6 months from beginning of semester)
  • Completed DINA Form (will be provided)
  • Copy of Driver's License (if applicable)
  • Copy of Social Security/Insurance Card
  • Immunization records showing PPD, MMR and Hepatitis B (3 doses)
Note: Originals and copies of all -STEP II- documents are to be sent to: XAVIER Admissions Office in New York with copies of these documents to be taken IN PERSON, during travel to Aruba.
Upon acceptance, a $1,000 seat deposit required to secure your seat at XUSOM, Aruba for the applied enrollment semester/date. This seat deposit is non-refundable but is applied toward your 1st semester tuition and fees.
