Dr. Neelam Dwivedi serves as a Professor at XUSOM in the Department of Physical Diagnosis and Pathophysiology. 

Dr. Dwivedi is a trained Surgical Ophthalmologist. After finishing her MBBS at Jhansi Medical College in India, she completed her two-year Diploma in Ophthalmology at Manipal Academy of Higher Education.  She went on further to complete three years of residency training at Icare EYE Hospital.

Dr. Ranjit Singh Bajwa is an Associate Professor ICMPD

Dr. Singh Bajwa received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Crimea State Medical University, located in the Ukraine. Dr. Ranjit completed three years of Residency in Internal Medicine from the National Institute of Medical Sciences Medical College & Hospital, in Jaipur, India.

Dr. John Croes is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at XUSOM.

Dr. Croes finished medical school in 1982 at the Universidad Javeriana, in Bogota, Colombia. He comes from a long history of native natural doctors. He is a very active physician in society and received a Public Achievement Award in 2013 at the Social Public Center, “Playa Pabow.” Dr. Croes gives medical training, conducts public lectures, writes medical articles in the news, appears regularly on TV and radio shows, and is very popular in the Caribbean. He is known on the islands as a “second opinion” doctor. He also organizes his own annual public seminar in integrative medicine. His website is well-known for online consultation and general preventive advice. Additionally, Dr. Croes is the President of the Aruba Wellness Institute Project.

Rafael González-Redondo, MD, PHD

Dr. Rafael González Redondo is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Xavier University School of Medicine.

Dr. González Redondo graduated in 2003 from the University of Granada. He frequently attended events with “The International Federation of Medical Students Associations” (IFMSA), participating in multiple and exciting exchanges with students from Germany, Czech Republic and Poland. He also received an Erasmus European Grant to study his 4th year at the Université Catholique de Lille in France.

Dr. González Redondo became a Neurologist (2005-2009), Fellow in Movement Disorders and PhD in Neurosciences and Cognition (2009-2013). In 2009, he was granted to observe for 3 months at the Neurology Department of Columbia University (New York, USA).

Dr. Carla Gisela Di Caudo is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at XUSOM.

Dr. Di Caudo graduated from the University of Cordoba in 2005. She was an intern in the departments of Anatomy, Histology, Pathology and Pharmacology, where she discovered her interest for research.

Dr. Di Caudo specialized in Neurology (2005-2009), where she got the opportunity to join a European research project in Basic Sciences about Parkinson’s disease, as part of her PhD in Neurosciences and Cognition (2010-2014).
